- Coordination with related Division for Project Human Capital
- Planning and implementing HC podcast events
- Support process administration for COP (Car Ownership Program)
- Vendor Management for Business Trip
- Process Employee Contract
- Correspondence employee movement
- Manage HR announcement
Qualification :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any major, preferable from HR management, Psychology, etc
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Intermediate in Microsoft Office: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Power Point
- Have good communication & presentation skill, good in English will be an advantage.
- Understanding end to end for HR Business Process
- Can make design by canva
- Having good Analytical Thinking, Detail Oriented
- Able to work with tight deadlines
- Can work under pressures
- Employee Status Contract 1 year
