Job Description:
• Carrying out the Recruitment Process for Employee including selection candidate, interviewing candidates and signing contract
• Carry out coaching, training and activities related to developing employee abilities, potential, mentality, skills and knowledge
• Help resolve problems in the work environment, employee performance, and employee disciplinary problems
• Establish good relationships and bridging the relationship between the company and employees
• As an advisor for user (Business leaders/stakeholders) and employee also giving recommendation related to people issues
• Understand salary calculations, BPJS, etc
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above in Psychology (Industry) or Management (HRM)
- Minimum 1 year experience in Human Resources / HRD / HR Specialist
- Understand Employment Regulations
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- Able to communicate in English is a plus
- Target oriented and focused on details
- Willing to work with high mobility
