1.Organize headquarters training and coordinate regional training
2.Make training courseware and test questions
3.Training implementation
4.Organize training agenda
5.Supervise regional training results
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years experience in training and development in Logistic Business/ Sales/ Commercial/ Mitra training
2. Fluent in English, able to speak Chinese Mandarin is a plus
3. Have a fun & out-going personality
4. Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
5. Critical thinker with innovative problem solving skills.
6. Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
7. Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
8. Willing to do business trip
