Job Responsibility
- Assist in the day-to-day Human Resources and office administration functions.
- Maintain and update the employee database, organize proper record-keeping and filling of employee correspondence and documents.
- Assist in recruitment for different stages, including posting job advertisement, interviews, and confirmation and entry procedures.
- Ensure payroll accuracy and in timely manner.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business or any related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Good communication skill, strong sense of responsibility, and team player.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment independently with minimal supervision.
