Responsibilities :
-Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.
-Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
-Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
-Policy Development: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor regulations.
-Performance Management: Implement performance review processes and manage employee performance, promotions, and terminations.
-Training and Development: Organize and supervise training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
-Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits plans, ensuring they are competitive and compliant.
-Legal Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws and ensure HR operations comply with legal requirements.
-HR Metrics: Track and analyze HR metrics to improve departmental efficiency and contribute to organizational goals.
-Conflict Resolution: Mediate conflicts and facilitate effective communication between employees and management.
Requirements :
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
-Experience: Proven work experience as an HR Assistant Manager/Supervisor or in a similar senior HR role (typically 3+ years).
-Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and managerial skills, ability to lead and develop a team.
-Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
-Legal Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
-Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
-Ethical Standards: Uphold high ethical standards and maintain confidentiality.
-Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in HR software and MS Office. Placement in Bali
