Responsibilities:
- Directing and overseeing the hiring, training, external & government relations, dismissal processes and administration
- Educate, train, monitor, problem-solve, and ensure company HR policy is followed across all employees
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Legal permit with government regulations
- Negotiations with the job union to arrive at consensus and frame a draft agreement
- Needs to play a Key role in Forecasting the Labour Requirements and plan them accordingly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Manufacturing industry knowledge
- 5+ years of experience as HR Generalist
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels
- Knowledge of applicable state, federal, local employment/labor laws and regulations
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Willing to be placed at Factory – Ciracas (East Jakarta)
