Human Resources Assistant Manager (Factory-Ciracas)

Responsibilities:

• Directing and overseeing the hiring, training, external & government relations, dismissal processes and administration
• Educate, train, monitor, problem-solve, and ensure company HR policy is followed across all employees
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Legal permit with government regulations
• Negotiations with the job union to arrive at consensus and frame a draft agreement
• Needs to play a Key role in Forecasting the Labour Requirements and plan them accordingly

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Manufacturing industry knowledge
• 5+ years of experience as HR Generalist
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels
• Knowledge of applicable state, federal, local employment/labor laws and regulations
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Willing to be placed at Factory – Ciracas (East Jakarta)
