Responsibilities and Skills :
- Responsible for the recruitment process: selecting candidates, calling and arranging interview schedules, assessments, training.
- Provide support for the daily operations of the Human Resources
- Responsible for daily and monthly attendance reports, annual leave, sick leave and maternity leave.
Requirements :
- GPA of Min. 2.7 from a State Owned University, or GPA of Min 3.0 from a private University
- Applicants must be at least a Bachelor Degree from recognized university
- Fresh graduates or max. 3 year experience in Human Resources,
- Possess strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel &Word)
- Having good command in English both oral and written
- Possess high level of integrity, commitment, and positive attitude with high commitment to deliver the result
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
