Job Description
- Managing personnel administration, including employee databases and employment contracts.
- Handling the entire recruitment process from initial stages to contract signing.
- Overseeing all matters related to Employee Social Security (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) and Health (BPJS Kesehatan).
- Responding to employee inquiries and concerns.
- Managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and taking disciplinary actions as needed.
- Serving as a bridge/mediator between the company and its employees.
- Managing the organization of internal events to enhance bonding and teamwork.
- Targeting employee development through training initiatives.
- Maintaining a positive working environment.
- Summarizing all administrative matters and documents.
- Conducting surveys and overseeing vendors for production and merchandise procurement when required.
- Creating and maintaining company inventory data, including warehouse inventory.
- Monitoring the stock of office supplies, paper clips, etc., and reporting any shortages.
- Handling company legal documents and liaising with external parties.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Human Resources and General Affairs Manager.
- Proficiency in HR generalist AND GENERAL AFFAIRS.
- Understanding of labor laws and BPJS regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- High integrity, responsibility, and the ability to work independently.
- A proactive problem solver and quick learner.
- Positive, collaborative, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated strong leadership abilities and the capability to lead a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent communication in English.
