- Responsible for recruitment process
- Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and warning letters
- Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR & GA policies, internal procedures and regulations
- Assist with all internal and external HR & GA related matters.
- Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents and attendance records
- Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances
- Evaluate all procedure in HR GA
