Responsibilities:
1. Conducting recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
2. Managing employee administration tasks such as attendance, leave, and administrative processing.
3. Handling industrial relations issues and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
4. Overseeing facility management, including office maintenance, building permit and procurement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in HRGA or related field.
- Knowledgeable about property management, labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
