Job Description
- Assist HR Manager with tasks and reports from Global Head Quarters and Regional office.
- Assist HR Manager in the supervision of all HR Team’s activities.
- Assist HR Manager to conduct performance evaluation for all employees.
- Responsible to supervise recruitment process of the company.
- Responsible for coordination and to supervise training programs with all relevant parties.
- Prepare any kind of report as requested by HR Manager including reporting to the government authorities.
- Interact and co-operate with all employees and external parties including the related authorities, HR vendors etc.
- Any other HR-related tasks when required.
Requirements & Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major with minimum GPA of 3.00
- Having experience in HR matters, preferably in a PMA company.
- Has minimum 5 years of experience in the related supervisory position.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented and has good communication skills.
- Able to work in a team and under pressure.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office: Excel, Power Point, Outlook, OneDrive) is mandatory.
- Main work location: Sunter, North Jakarta.
