Job Description
Responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge within the organisation. Day-to-day tasks include but are not limited to:
- Preparing and conducting learning needs analysis through FGD and/or survey.
- Developing a firm-wide training plan/curriculum based on training needs and the firm’s competency dictionary.
- Overseeing training execution and evaluation.
- Assisting the Talent Management Specialist in implementing talent management programs.
Requirements
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, business management, or a related field.
- Having experience in human capital operations, management consulting, or other related fields would be preferable.
- Certification in an HR-related field will be beneficial.
- Excellent in English and Indonesian, both verbally and in writing.
