Job Brief

The Human Resources Specialist will oversee recruitment and staffing processes, conduct comprehensive onboarding and offboarding procedures, manage employee relations, and implement performance management strategies. Additionally, responsibilities include benefits administration, HR information systems management, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture through training, development, and engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely placement of qualified candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing requirements.

Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:

  • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations to foster a positive onboarding experience.
  • Process necessary documentation for new hires and conduct exit interviews for departing employees.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during onboarding and offboarding processes.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and promote a positive work environment.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
  • Mediate conflicts and conduct investigations when necessary.

Performance Management:

  • Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes.
  • Guide managers on performance improvement plans and employee development.
  • Assist in identifying training and development needs for individual employees and the overall team.

Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding benefit-related inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with benefits providers to ensure smooth administration.

Management Tools:

  • Manage Management tools especially for HR part, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Generate reports and analyze HR data to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of HR data.

Legal Compliance:

  • Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization's compliance.
  • Update policies and procedures in line with legal requirements.
  • Handle employee relations issues following applicable laws.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Collaborate with external training providers when necessary.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as needed.

Employee Engagement:

  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale.
  • Organize team-building activities and events.
  • Conduct surveys to gather feedback and assess employee satisfaction.
Working Hours:
  • 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
  • Day off on weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
