Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
- Have minimum 4 years experience in Human Resource field.
- Have experience on handling Recruitment Process (Sourcing, Interview, Onboard, Recruitment Report, Newcomer Database Monitoring), Compensation & Benefit
- Have experience on handling Organizational Development, People Development, SOP & KPI.
- Have experience in industrial relation and external relation will be advantage.
- Detail oriented, multitasking, and have a good communication.
- Proficient in using Ms Office (especially excel system.)
- Experience on using HRIS will be advantage.
- Can join as soon as possible.
