We are looking for a dynamic Inbound Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing fintech start-up. Your core responsibility is to lead a team of Inbound Sales representatives, driving sales success through strategic leadership, effective collaboration, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities of the role :
- Lead and mentor an Inbound Sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Create and implement effective strategies to attract and convert leads
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align strategies and optimize results
- Nurture relationships with potential customers and ensure effective communication
- Continuously improve sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Track and report team and individual sales performance using key metrics
- Gather feedback to refine sales strategies and adapt to market changes
- Maintain a deep understanding of fintech products / services and conduct regular team training
- Foster a collaborative environment within the team and across departments
- Ensure adherence to company policies and conduct quality assurance checks
- Instill a customer-centric mindset, prioritizing satisfaction and retention
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in Inbound Sales management minimum 4+ years in tech or startup company, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a sales team
- Strong understanding of fintech products / services
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
