Job Description :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for product lines in alignment with company goals and targets.
- Identify and target potential B2B clients who would benefit from the solutions. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Understand clients' business challenges and objectives, and tailor solutions to address their specific needs effectively.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the products and their value proposition. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Create compelling sales proposals and presentations, showcasing how these solutions can solve client challenges and deliver tangible ROI.
- Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and facilitate contract discussions to close deals successfully.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, including forecasts, market insights, and sales performance metrics.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record of 3-5 years in B2B enterprise sales, preferably with experience selling ERP software solutions.
- Self-driven and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the IT software industry and used to connect with retail players in the market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
