This position will coordinate the activities involved in purchasing materials, products, and services
Drive procurement process and strategy:
- Manage vendor selection process for Hardware, Software & Services as part of Smartfren Business/Enterprise solution to customers
- Initiate and manage RFI/RFP processes based on users specifications and in compliance with SOPs
- Develop and execute procurement strategy within product and services categories
- Participate in the development of specifications for products and services or substitute materials
- Analyse market and delivery systems for continuous optimization of the pricing for hardware, software, IT solutions /platforms in line with B2B market trend
- Develop and implement procurement management instructions, policies, and procedures
Manage pricing & Commercial Terms
- Oversee price discovery process for B2B Sales inputs
- Develop contracting price book and amend regularly
- Negotiate Commercial Terms to protect Company interest
Minimum Requirements:
- Formal Education: Bachelor Degree with certification in Supply Chain Management
- Previous Experience: 5 years experience as Procurement Manager
- Capability/Knowledge/Hard Skill: inventory management, supply chain management, IT
- Soft Skill: negotiation, supervision, selective attention
