Tasks:
On-site technical support shall cover areas such as, but not limited to, the procurement,
installation, configuration, maintenance and the decommissioning of COMPANY's
project office/s IT Infrastructure. Specifically, this may include components including, but
not limited to, network cabling, switches / routers and other network components,
computer machines, standalone and network-enabled multi-function printers, desktop
software applications, system utilities and tools, the administration of user account and
the implementation of access permissions, the handling of user queries and the
troubleshooting of issues through to resolutions.
CONTRACTOR shall have the responsibility to provide up-to-date documentation of IT
Execution Plan which shall include environment configurations, control points, Technical
Support procedure, User Setup procedure, IT Change Control procedure, among others.
CONTRACTOR shall have the responsibility for providing fully qualified on-site technical
support personnel. Individual(s) assigned to this role shall have the necessary skills,
knowledge and experience to effectively deliver services to support COMPANY's
personnel. COMPANY reserves the right to assess the proposed individual (s) prior to
assignment.
Responsible for maintaining the IT stockroom assets and perform quarterly asset
verifications of assets stored in the stockrooms.
Responsible for deploying the company's baseline workstation image on the computers
before delivering to the end user.
Maintains passwords, data integrity and system security for the desktop environment.
Responsible for software and hardware incident support within service levels.
Responsible the completing the disposal process for old equipment.
Also responsible for new installations of hardware and software through the IT Service
Catalog and service request process within service levels.
