Responsibilities :
Compiles statistical data of Service Measurement results and writes narrative reports summarizing Quality Assurance findings
Apply the knowledge, skills and analytical techniques to isolate and identify root causes of failures for service exceptions
Monitor unusual occurrences and action-taken reports, report follow-up procedures, and report weekly, monthly and year-to-date comparisons
Assists departments with the coordination of audit information, and recommends appropriate data-gathering mechanisms and procedures
Reviews, tracks and communicates information regarding process variations and samples as required by standard quality assurance procedures
Maintains updated and accurate records of all relevant communications, audits, corrective action plans, and effectiveness monitoring
Support ISO and OHSAS compliance by participating in Internal Quality and HSE Audits and reviewing whether documented procedures are being followed
Maintain database management for quality assurance
Support team within QHSE or other departments in developing quality documents or form
Control and maintain quality documents files, keep all quality documents in coordination with team
Prepare and update master list of documents and forms every month, and also remove all obsolete documents and forms in the production
Ensure that the document enrollment procedure is being followed
In charge of receiving, distributing and recalling the files (procedure, work instruction, drawings and forms)
Audit documents being used and ensure that all are enrolled to QHSE
Audit files condition, both softcopy and hardcopy : Location, Revision Level, and Status
Prepare ISO certification and renewal process
Keep track on ISO certification validation
Conduct Internal Audit for checking the implementation of Management System (All ISO)
Follow up closure of action items from external and internal audits
Ensure that all ISO documents are controlled including the external documents
Maintain and improve QMS implementation in work area
Provide weekly monthly / weekly report to manager regarding to condition of Management System, the result of Internal Audit
Disseminate Quality Management Documents and Reports, which are already confirmed by Order Management Manager and respective Line Managers, to all respective parties within Internal Rolls-Royce Solutions Indonesi
Requirements :
Current University students with Bachelor Degree in any subject (preferred from Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Logistics Management), graduated with good GPA
Computer Literate (MS. Office)
Highly motivated, self-reliant and positive mindset
Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills
Must have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability
Good English (TOEFL 450)
