• Assisting Head of Legal to draft and review partnership agreement
• Assisting Head of Legal to review new insurance products
• Assisting Head of Legal to provide legal advice on issues including coverage issues, claims disputes, contract interpretation issues, regulatory compliance issues, and litigation
• Assisting Head of Legal to draft and review legal documents
