Job Description:
- Identify potential vendors & partners aligned with agency goals and market targets through research.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders using various channels and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored and compelling partnership proposals.
- Lead negotiations for mutually beneficial partnership and vendor agreements aligned with strategic goals.
- Oversee partnership lifecycle, from contract management to performance monitoring and reporting for continuous improvement.
- Generate regular reports for leadership on the status and performance of vendor and partner relationship
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates from Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related majors.
- Experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, especially in advertising or marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proactive and can handle fast-paced, deadline-driven work.
