JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle IT asset management, maintain inventory and liaise with vendors.
- Handle invoice, prepare procurement document requirement.
- Create and prepare daily & monthly reports.
- Provide support to end user – director level to solve every IT related problem.
- Review vendor contracts and coordinates IT purchases (hardware, software and services) to ensure effective deployment of solutions aligned with user needs
- Manage and record all incidents and client requests in the ticket-tracking system
- Provide employees with IT Facilities (laptop, hand phone, computers, printers, software, etc)
- Ensure each device used by users complies with IT Policy
REQUIRED SKILL[S]
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor degree in Information Technology / IT Engineering/ IT related field
- Required Language(s) : Bahasa Indonesia, English
- Having 1 year of working experience in the IT Administrative & support related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Specialised in administrative support, competent at file management both soft copy and hard copy.
- Must possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of IT hardware / software problem solving skill is a plus.
- Initiative, enthusiasm and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible and extended schedules to meet business priorities and deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all level.
- Have a strong integrity and be able to work under pressure.
