Requirements :
- Min Bachelor's degree in IT or similar
- Have a minimum of 7 years experience
- Have experience and in-depth knowledge of IT Services and understand ITSM and ITIL concepts
- Have deep experience regarding daily IT operations, both in managing routine work and monitoring systems
- Have experience in IT asset management
- Good leadership skills in managing large and diverse teams
- Have strong analytical skills and can present results in the form of an executive summary
- Have good communication and collaboration skills
- Have strategy alignment & building competencies Customer focus & attention to detail, IT Service management (ITSM) and IT Service library (ITIL)
Job Descriptions :
- Manage the IT Service Operations, IT Service Support and IT Service Recovery management units with a core team of around 15 people and also managed service and outsourcing teams
- Responsible for preparing, measuring and analyzing IT services based on agreement with the application owners and business users.
- Ensure IT services run according to the SLA set through routine activities, monitoring and escalation by DCO, NOC, SOC and Cloud Operations
- Develop and determine measurement limits for the availability of supporting IT services, both for infrastructure (example : CPU, memory and disk measurements) and application services (example : transaction success / failure, latency and the like).
- Develop, test and carry out activities related to backup, restore and service recovery
- Responsible for managing IT assets
