Our Great Opportunity
We are having a newly crafted position, supporting a fast-growing account.
This role will require an established people leader with the ability to ensure customer value and happiness through an efficient Service Delivery.
Support service sales directly or indirectly and align with the overall Service Delivery processes, models, and strategies; collaborate to ensure that work is executed within the scope of agreed customer contract & requirements, provide performance feedback, recognition and remuneration management. You will
- Build a strong Customer Relationship at C-Level, develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Building and managing a presales and delivery organization to support timely and effective customer requirements, in order to deliver project outcomes are achieved and project management capability is maintained across the program
- Manage the program by leading all aspects of the monitoring and reporting of program related trends, capability development and performance against project plans and budgets
- Contribute to the development of a long-term strategy and plan for the business
- Identify and generate potential new business opportunities
- Manage operational performance, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Manage the profit and loss report of the assigned portfolio and empower the organization to achieve business outcomes
To be successful in this role you must have
- 10+ years experience, from the Telco/Systems Integration Industry on driving IT and Packet Core Network transformation programs or projects of high complexity
- Proven track to transform customer requirements and expectations at a high level into a solution
- Demonstrated ability in Delivery Operations and organisational management experience, business management and ability to manage business line Profit & Loss
- Solid track record for sales and engagement experience, including commercial strategy and value proposition, successful management of technology deployment programs
- Proven people leadership experience in a multicultural collaborative environment
- Demonstrated ability and experience in the following domains: Mobile Core, Packet Core, OSS, BSS, Radio Networks and Systems Integration
- Experience managing multi-million dollar projects, growing profitability, driving cost efficiency, and building top line and bottom line growth
- Solid track record working for a supplier towards major telecom operators
- Positive and dynamic attitude, strong ethics and supporter of a diverse and inclusive culture
