Bentuk pekerjaanWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Engineer and Maintenance Staff to implement and oversee the running of IT services of our manufacturing operations in our Semarang facility. The IT Engineer and Maintenance’s responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of network development, server system, database and programs, installation and helpdesk including security monitoring and response to emergency issues in the factory operations. Make sure IT operation quality and cost control, and ensure our operations run smoothly, efficiently and safely. The IT Engineer and Maintenance must ensure that IT Department goals are met while maintaining high quality standards and low costs expected by our customers and optimizing efficiency, as well as, using sustainable practices as standards used by best-in-class companies in the industry. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring and inspiring workers, creating and implementing operational policies, lean practices and procedures, and collaborating with other departments to streamline processes. One of your important functions is to develop and inspire your team to grow and develop into a capable professional team. Your role will also involve budget development and management, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for company network developing management, response to emergency issues and do further analysis, dealing with the problems as soon as possible to make sure company network stability and availability.
- Responsible for network security monitoring and security management, and regularly conduct virus monitoring and storage backup.
- Responsible for the daily Operation and Maintenance of server systems, network equipment, and security equipment, and the Operation and Maintenance of the computer labs.
- Responsible for dealing with daily computer failures, including software and hardware failures, network access, security compliance, etc.
- Responsible for the installation, debugging and software deployment of MES gateway equipment and IoT card.
- Responsible for the daily monitoring of MES gateway equipment and machine equipment networking and handling abnormal problems.
- Responsible for the basic Operation and Maintenance of ERP, OA and other application systems, collecting and feeding back user needs.
- Formulate and supervise the implementation of the management measures for various IT facilities and make suggestions and improvements to the relevant management systems.
- Ensure that all IT Department work processes comply with applicable security, health and safety standards regulations.
- Improve the company's information security strategy and planning.
- Cooperate with the headquarters of the company in China to coordinate and complete the assigned tasks.
- Other tasks arranged by supervisors.
Skills, Abilities and Characteristics
- Experienced in IT factories owned by foreign or western companies in Indonesia.
- Solid experience in IT manufacturing operations especially in large scale factory.
- Proven experience in leading, motivating, managing and coordinating with employees at all levels.
- Results driven with ability to plan and deliver against deadlines and targets.
- Hands-on experienced in implementing continuous improvement programs and utilizing Six Sigma tools, methodologies and related continuous improvement tools, in similar manufacturing environment, which includes analysing, organizing and leading in implementing a continuous improvement program at a facility, will be considered as strong advantage.

- Effective communication skills with the capacity to succinctly convey ideas, primarily in English (basic Chinese as secondary language an advantage).
- Ability to use good verbal and written communication skills to interact, inspire and collaborate effectively with staff and team members at all levels at this facility in Bahasa and English with our foreign staff of all levels also (ability to speak Mandarin Chinese will be a big advantage).

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree graduated with a major in computer science.
- More than 3 years of IT Operation and Maintenance management experience in large and medium-sized enterprises is preferred.
- Familiar with basic network knowledge and security knowledge.
- Familiar with the installation, configuration, Operation and Maintenance and troubleshooting of mainstream network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Familiar with Windows system, application software installation and debugging, familiar with various desktop terminals, network equipment and integrated wiring.
- Familiar with common software (ERP, MES, OA) in manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Experienced in programing, Visual Basic, PHP, Html, Phyton, Power BI, database system and SQL system will be a big advantage.
- Knowledge of Chinese is preferred.
- Have a good sense of service, communication skills and teamwork skills, be responsible, self-motivated, and work conscientiously and responsibly.
- Practical experience in developing and implementing continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
- Effective presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and recommendations to company leadership team (primarily in English language required).
- Effective inter-personal and communication skills to communicate at levels of a company.
