Job Requirement :
- Min 5 years of experience as IT Application Support or relevant
- Major in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
- Knowledge in SAP is a must
Job Description :
- Provide technical support and monitors enterprise-level application systems.
- Provides human support for helping the end-user understand how to use the application or system
- Respond to general questions and trouble tickets in a timely manner.
- Incident investigation, troubleshooting, escalation to 2nd level and identify potential solutions
- Ensures the operational processes in a business run smoothly and enables users to conduct their business
- Monitor response time and processing time for each Incident, Service Request and Change Request.
- Coordinate with related parties to ensure compliance with SLAs related to Incident ticket
- Service Requests registered in the ticketing application
