Uraian Tugas
- Provide professional and high-quality technical computing support services, especially applications and web-based applications.
- Respond to and manage incidents, service requests and changes and defined service levels; provide problem diagnosis and resolution for software issues, including some network troubleshooting.
- Monitor servers and troubleshoot issues as needed to maximize server availability and reliability.
- Communicate and coordinate with fellow engineers and other departments to solve problems.
Meminta
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience working with information technologies and operations
- Firm knowledge and troubleshooting skills in regards to Mobile/Web application common problems.
- Familiar with PHP and Javascript.
- Able to work with database languages such as MySQL.
- Proficient to use Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, including managing competing priorities.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, partners and others.
- Positive, professional attitude and proactive.
