Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the overall information security architecture, ensuring it aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the design and development of technology solutions.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain incident response plan to ensure a timely and effective response to security events.
• Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees, promoting a security-conscious culture throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2+ years of experience in a security analyst role, preferably in a corporate or enterprise environment., (L2)
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, systems administration, and security technologies.
• Hands-on experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management systems.
• Proficiency in performing security assessments/penetration testing, and forensic analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex security incidents and recommend effective solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Relevant cybersecurity certification is a plus.
