Job Descriptions:
1. 1st Layer of IT Support at production line
2. 2nd Layer of Office & Infrastructure Support
3. Ensure availability of all IT elements at production area > 98% (IT Devices, Application, Electrical, Network, etc.)
4. Prevent Line Stop problem occurred to production line < 13 minutes per month
5. Conduct routine preventive maintenance based on schedule to all IT elements
6. Reduce repetitive problems occurred to production line
7. Manage & control all IT elements at production line
8. Conduct improvement to improve people & working processes
9. Follow company regulations (PP, Safety Regulation, Covid-19 Protocol, etc.) and culture applied in ADM (ICARE)
Requirements
1. Diploma‘s degree in Information Technology or related field
2. Have experience (min) 1 year in IT Support
3. Maximum 30 years of age, preferably unmarried
4. Expert in troubleshoot hardware and software (PC, Notebook, printer, Office applications, etc)
5. Have knowledge in network management (TCP/IP, cabling, wireless) and good analyze in network issues
6. Proficient in all desktop & tablet operating system (Windows, Android, IOS, etc)
7. Have basic knowledge in SQL database and PHP or .net programming language
8. Server management (active directory, file share, security, etc)
9. Can work in teams and willing to work under pressure
10. Willing to work shifts and overtime
