Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tax Application Support position in Denpasar. The Tax Application Support will be responsible for providing technical and Application Support to clients, troubleshooting issues with the Tax Application, and resolving any application-related problems. The role will require clear communication and analytical skills to understand and address customer concerns.

Qualifications

• Application Support and Technical Support skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Troubleshooting experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accountant, Tax or other related fields
• Prefered Sertification Tax or Brevet A & B
• Experience in the taxation industry is a plus
• Expert Microsoft Office

The ideal candidate should be familiar with Application Support and technical support as well as possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication skills are also necessary in order to ensure clear communication with clients. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in acoountant, tax or other related fields is required. Experience in the taxation industry is a plus.
