Responsibilities:
As an IT Support Staff, you will oversee day-to-day IT administration, providing crucial end-user support, ensuring security protocols, and managing installations and troubleshooting. Your role encompasses maintaining and repairing hardware, conducting repairs on PCs, printers, telephones, and other devices. You will be the primary point of contact for user requests, delivering timely support. Your analytical skills will be applied to identify and propose effective solutions to current and potential issues. This role is diverse, ensuring the seamless functionality of our IT infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Information Technology or Information Systems.
- Proven expertise in IT administration and end-user support.
- Proficient in maintaining and repairing PCs, printers, telephones, and other devices.
- Responsive and adept at addressing user requests with effective support.
- Excellent communication skills for seamless interaction with users and team members.
- Experience in Office 365 Administration.
- Proficiency in Mikrotik Configuration.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, including servers.
- Proactive mindset, capable of handling additional duties as assigned.
