Job Description
- Serve as the first point of contact with ERP and SFA users, provide ongoing support to ensure operations remain efficient.
- Analyze and resolve ERP and SFA daily operational issues.
- Monitor IT ticketing system and ensure IT tickets are assigned properly.
- Manage administrative processes across IT Team.
Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
- Minimum 1 years in Distribution Company
- Independent and teamwork
- Having knowledge about SAP
- Willing to be placed in BSD
