Uraian Tugas
Job Description- Responsible for providing Tier 2 (L2) support to Internal all incidents/issues related to production issues.
- Troubleshooting and resolving incidents with Advanced Technical Knowledge.
- Setup Monitoring Tools and Alerting.
- Participate in enhancement of the Monitoring Tools Production System.
- Analyse the technical issues in production by deep diving into the issues and identifying the root cause of
- the issue in production.
- Create post-mortem to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure proper SOP documentation of solutions and workarounds for L1 Support.
- Escalate critical and unresolved issues to higher level support teams and actively follow up on the progress till resolution.
- Report status and progress of open incident tickets to technical lead on a regular basis.
- Handling escalation on actions from Level 1.
- Perform standby duty (24x7) on call support basis.
Minimum Qualifications- At least 3 years of experience in relevant troubleshooting or support experience, familiar with SLA, handling tickets, monitoring, processes, and metrics.
- Good understanding of Linux environment, Windows Server.
- Familiarity with cloud provider, e.g., Google Cloud (preferred), AWS.
- Experience in Monitoring Tools ( Kibana, Grafana, Datadog,Grafana Loki etc ).
- Good understanding in SQL Query
- Experience in managing and monitoring Cloud System and DataCenter Server ( Onpremise )
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve technical problems.
- Good ability to write scripts and automation (using Bash Scripts/Python).
- Familiarity with Rundeck, Node Exporter, Prometheus, Nginx, IIS.
