It Support

1. Provide technical support to internal staff and resolve IT-related issues efficiently.

2. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.

3. Monitor network performance and identify potential issues.

4. Assist with the implementation of new technologies and projects.

5. Stay updated with latest features and best practices, ensurinf our organization leverages its full potential

6. Develop, maintain, and update company websites, ensuring responsive design and optimal performance.

7. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.

8. Implement security measures to protect website data and prevent breaches.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in English

2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related field.

3. Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.

4. Have a good knowledge on how software and operating system works.

5. Able to configure Firewall, switch, router and other IT peripherals.

6. Have a good understanding of Disaster Recovery and able to implement it.

7. Proficiency in web languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant CMS platforms (Eg. WordPress, Joomla)

8. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

9. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
