Requirement :
- Bachelor degree of Accounting
- Having good Accounting skills and knowledge
- Min 2 years experience
- Able to speak and write in English
- Detail oriented and fast learner
- Able to operate XERO, would be advantage
- Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Understand Microsoft Excel formula would be plus
Job Description :
- Preparing Invoice, VAT Invoice, and Filing Documents
- Entry Data for Supplier and Customer Invoice
- Preparing Local and Overseas Payments
- Responsible for all petty cash and bank reconciliation
- Collect prepaid tax from customers
- Assist Internal and External Audit
- Other ad hoc as required
