- Get the alignment of building block assumption to achieve sales forecast by sub-category by channel based on feedback from Trade Marketing Activation & Head of Channel to achieve Division's growth plan
- Identify the gap on top down & bottom up number
- Monitor and evaluate actual sales vs sales forecast by sub-category channel/customer
- Drive Division's key meetings as
