The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Descriptions:
1) Monitor all team members' KPI performance
2) Control agents' performance to maintain and achieve the KPI target
3) Give coaching to team members
4) Responsible for the operational issue, performance floor, raise issue to other team if needed
5) Provide reports to management related to daily activities
6) Follow up and resolve complaint cases and management escalation result
7) Create and handle projects that are related to operational improvement
