Position will report directly to the Director of Sales in Latin America.
This is a full-time position with full benefits and car allowance.

Salary Range 75k-80k
Primary Responsibilities Include
- Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategy to grow the business in the Latin America region and Mexico market through owned ICO store and wholesale business.
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, retailers and wholesalers to expand the company's market presence.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
- Develop and deliver presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the company's products and services.
- Negotiate and nurture agreements with clients and photographers.
- Coordinate activities with the sales team in Germany and US to ensure consistency and alignment with the company's overall strategy.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, market analysis, and reports to the leadership team.
- Manage the overall sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to network and promote the company's brand.
- Product, Marketing and Sales training for clients and field sales personnel.
- Supports Leica Akademie Programs and other consumer programs.
- Writing and design of collateral marketing materials in the above areas of responsibility.
- Creation and implementation of clients and professional photography and sport optics programs.
- 50% international and/or domestic travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Proven track record of successfully building and managing distribution and/or retailer networks and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Able to generate sales leads and find market leaders to help our marketing efforts.
- Proficiency in oral and written Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Computer competency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- SAP a plus
- Preferred knowledge of Medium format photo techniques camera techniques, photography and lighting.
- Digital photography knowledge (Lightroom and Photoshop).
- Deep understanding and appreciation of the high-quality photographic products.
- Sport Optics knowledge in birding or hunting a plus
- Availability to travel within the region. Extensive travel schedule.
- Applicant must have a valid passport.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Communication, Photographic education, or relevant subject.
- Photography and optics goods market experience.
- Experience with the Latin luxury or professional photographic market.
