Requirements:
- Proficiency in Syllabus, Curriculum, and Learning Management Systems.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and training delivery skills.
- Good communication and excellent presentation skills.
- Experience as a Trainer, preferably in the Coffee Business.

- Conduct soft skills and hard skills training for employees.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Ability to create creative and innovative training methods.
- Facilitate events, internal training sessions, or in-house training.
- Supervise the financial aspects of training program implementation.
