Requirements:

• Proficiency in Syllabus, Curriculum, and Learning Management Systems.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and training delivery skills.
• Good communication and excellent presentation skills.
• Experience as a Trainer, preferably in the Coffee Business.

Job Description:

• Conduct soft skills and hard skills training for employees.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Ability to create creative and innovative training methods.
• Facilitate events, internal training sessions, or in-house training.
• Supervise the financial aspects of training program implementation.
