Requirements :
- At least 1-2 years in training operations and administration preferred
- Detail oriented, self-starter, and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Agile, organize, pro-active, service minded, friendly, flexible, communicative
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Proficiency in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and the other administration
- Manages the operational and administrative components of People Development and Engagement.
- Fast learner and tech savvy to handle Learning Management System (LMS) as administrator
- Using Ms. Excel is mandatory for creating report such as graphics, charts, lookup etc.
- Interest to research new tech and methodologies in workplace learning
- Implementing marketing and communication training and engagement activities to engage targeted audiences and increase annual attendance.
- Able to design interactive training material, poster for lifeatndbs in PPT or Canva
- Coordinating with SME/Expert in creating modules, teaching materials, and evaluation tools
- Conducting training and LMS evaluation to all departments.
