Learning & Development StaffResponsible for creating and evaluating learning programsEnsuring training effectiveness and staying up-to-date with industry trends
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Create Learning & People Development Program and evaluate the process• Ensure that the learning program runs well and gets the expected results• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the training program• Manage training administration and maintain updated records• Maintain in-house training facilities and equipment• Research and recommend new training methods & material• Assess training effectiveness to incorporate taught skills into work behavior• Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to reflect any changes• Stay abreast of new trends and tools in employee development
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Any Major• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Human Resources• Strong passion for Learning & Development• Knowledge in Digital learning and knowledge management• Strong communication & interpersonal skills• Ability to work in detail with administration and data• Computer literacy (Ms. Office)• Good communication in English verbal and written• Innovative, disciplined, honest, diligent, and have integrity• Willing to be placed in BSD, South Tangerang
