Job Description :
Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs that are aligned with business objectives
Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and development opportunities
Create engaging and interactive learning experiences using a variety of instructional design methodologies
Develop training materials, including participant guides, leader guides, job aids, presentations, and e-learning modules
Manage the budget for sales training initiatives
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and other external partners
Monitor and report on metrics related to sales training programs
Manage and develop a team of sales trainers
Handle selling for program training
