Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to lead our training efforts in the expansion of the EVs in Indonesia. This position primarily focuses on sales training, including branding, product knowledge, and sales techniques, but also involves after sales training management. The Training Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our sales and after-sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee sales and after-sales training programs to ensure the highest level of expertise among team members
- Design and deliver training courses pertaining to branding, car product features, and effective sales techniques
- Collaborate with various departments to identify training requirements and customize programs accordingly.
- Produce training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-earning modules
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, making continuous improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends, EV technology, and market developments to integrate into training
- Manage a team of trainers and coordinators, offering guidance and support
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field: Master's degree and automotive background preferred
- Proven experience as a Training Manager in the automotive industry, preferably in electric vehicles
- Strong background in sales training, with expertise in branding and product knowledge training
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of trainers and coordinators
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training program effectiveness
- Familiarity with e-learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong project management skills
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving industry
