Main Activities :
- Sourcing for new real estate investment that fits the company’s requirements and assessing new businesses, and analyzing business opportunities.
- Conducting financial feasibility studies and developing proposals for new business opportunities.
- Be accountable for initiatives and programs, duties include negotiating contracts, initiating proposals, and closing deals.
- Developing periodic market trend data, competitive pricing and product analysis.
- Prepare investment update reports, investment papers, and other presentations if required.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in commercial leasing, property consultant, valuation and business development in related field.
- Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in Real Estate and Urban Planning, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or other related fields.
- Good interpersonal & negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent in numbers, and have high attention to details.
- High proficiency in performing financial analysis and projection using Microsoft Excel and have a complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, and practices.
- Excellent time management’s skill and decision making skills.
