Lecturer Resources Officer

Job Descriptions:

Lecturer Qualitifcations:

• Process the academic qualifications proposal with external parties (e.g. LLDIKTI) for the following matters:

1. Academic promotion
2. FM certification
3. FM work load
4. FM official ID (NIDN)
5. Recognition of certificate process (penyetaraan ijazah luar negeri)
6. FM data reporting
7. EPSBED/PD-DIKTI report
8. Forum Laporan Pendidikan Tinggi DIKTI (Forlap DIKTI)
9. FM transfer process (pindah homebase)
10. FM process

• Provide consultation session for FM regarding academic qualification (e.g. JJA, academic grade, etc)
• Assist in data integration process between BINUS @Campus and DIKTI
• Maintain the data and documentation that related to academic promotion & FM qualification
• Prepare all necessary documents for academic promotion process
• Prepare the academic promotion report for related Study Program

Data Management:

• Provide, maintain and ensure reliable data related to Lecturer Management (e.g. group of subjects / rumpun ilmu, etc)
• Ensure the implementation of lecturer knowledge management
• Oversee the reporting required for related Study Program (e.g. EPSBED, etc)

Management Support Activities:

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Education Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree

Work Exposure/ Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience

Special Skill/Certification:

• Adequate communication skills
• Familiar with research procedures
• Knowledge and skills in research procedures, preferably in Program Kreatifitas Mahasiswa
• Knowledge in Corporate Social Responsibility program activities
