Job Description:
- Perform contracts drafting and vetting of all legal documents, negotiate and provide legal advice and support for Project and Business Units on a day to day basis.
- Advise and coordinate with outside counsels in handling Permit, Litigation and Arbitration Cases.
- Oversee and liaise with external providers on construction works.
- Take control of legal document and provide list of the contract.
- Manage the contract repository and contract schedule, also ensure completeness of executed contract.
- Establish, review, and maintain approval flow for contracts drafted prior to submission of parties.
- Provide legal opinion and legal memorandum.
- Prepare and present report to Director.
Requirements:
- Hold minimum Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable university, with minimum GPA 3.00 (in scale of 4,00)
- Has solid experience minimum 5 years as legal manager or minimum 7 years as legal supervisor, preferably from MICE or building Development Company.
- Having good knowledge on Land Law specifically Construction Law
- Familiar with FIDIC
- Drafting and Contract Management skill with problem solving abilities
- Strict to the law, ensure the safety of the company and provide legal advisory.
- Ability to identify all legal issues and risks related to the contract to be drafted.
- Possess good ability to use computer (Microsoft Office or related programs)
