Job Description:
- Provide legal advice for operational activities as well as business initiatives across all company functions
- Offer expert regulatory counsel on diverse areas, including product listing control,customer protection, intellectual property, personal data protection, competition law, etc
- Engage in dynamic collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure internal control measures
- Develop, maintain and review company terms, policies and key communications to ensure adherence to legal requirements
- Liaise with company's affiliates to align business operations with the company's strategic direction and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Responsible for the management of compliance risks associated with the organization
- Stay updated and monitor changes of applicable laws and industry standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in law from an accredited university
- Minimum 2-year experience with a preferred combination of law firm and in-house Experience
- Highly critical and analytical thinking with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in Thai and English
