• Contract review and drafting• Coordination of permits and licenses• Ensuring active licenses and permits• Conducting surveys and predictions for permits• Assisting in handling legal issues• Coordination with government agencies• Coordination with external legal parties• Researching and evaluating legal issues• Maintaining knowledge of regulation changes
Requirements
• Minimum S1 degree in Law• Understanding of Civil Law, Business Law, Employment, and Corporations• At least 3 years of experience• Good communication skills• Proficiency in English• Likes administrative work• Ability to prepare complex legal documents• Ability to demonstrate high administering and documenting related to legal documentation• Good relationship with the government
