We serve fresh produce from farms directly to enterprise businesses, general trade, modern trade, horeca as well as our have our own direct to consumer e-grocery platform. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and provide both overnight and same day deliveries.

Sayurbox was founded with the social mission of providing market access to local farmers through the digitalization of Indonesia’s agri-supply chain. We make people healthier, one fresh produce at a time.

👑 Job Role

As a Logistic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all logistic or transport operations or hauling needs within a business such as budgets, schedules, route planning and setting a reliable delivery experience across all channels, also ensuring the strategy well implemented in the transport operations team.

Your area of responsibility are, but not limited to:

Logistic Strategy

• Launch a model or building a value driven engagement as a foundation that adds long term value for how logistics operate as a business unit
• Scale the transport and delivery area coverage efficiently according to business growth plan requirements
• Drive a reliable delivery experience across all channels and a sustainable cost structure across logistics

Logistic Operations

• Oversee shipping operations; design, scale and optimize the processes of organizing shipments, coordinating drivers, loads, and journeys including bottom up cost structure, scheduling across the supply chain to optimize utilization and cost
• Track. monitor, and report the logistics operations performance on timely basis; ensure the excellent record-keeping of logistics performance and costs data.

Logistic Continous Improvement

• Identify gap and improvement needed for transport department as the backbone of the complex supply chain connecting farm to markets
• Setting benchmark of how cost, trip, distance, weight related to transport and support the planning and fulfillment for customers

⛩️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or relevant educational background
• 4 to 6 years experience in logistic management, supply chain management is preferable
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on process excellence
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of warehouse management
