Job Description
Oversee and monitor the end to end shipping process: pickup, delivery, undelivery, and return.
Analyze logistics data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
Work closely with the 3PL partner to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Work closely with the relevant stakeholders such as Business, Partnership, Sales, Tech, Data, and Customer Service team to to solve the User issues.
Manage the logistics staff and coordinate scheduling and workloads.
Maintain User-related reports to ensure it is up to date and accurate.
Ensure the 3PL ontime pickup and delivery.
Maintain the claim submissions to 3PL and disbursement to Users.
Develop the weekly/monthly report for Manager.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.
At least 2 years of working experience.
Experience in logistics is a plus.
Superb people skills and experience working with multiple teams or on multiple projects simultaneously.
Solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to details.
Well-organized and efficient while working on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Professional fluency in Bahasa and English.
